An abundance of cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk on Duluth, St-Denis, and Mont-Royal. A 5-minute walk to Parc Lafontaine, 7-minute walk to Mont Royal metro station, a 14-minute walk to Parch Jean-Mance.
