Good for the price
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Fredericksburg South (I-95) VAOverall, this wasn’t a bad stay. Pros: Fenced in dog park was a HUGE plus. It was well maintained and had seating areas. The refuse bags were missing, though. Dog treats at the front desk. Pet-friendly rooms were near the exit by the dog park. Decent breakfast. Front desk people were very nice.
Cons: The air conditioning was not good. It was hot and humid in the room and you can’t control the temperature. The door to the room was very difficult to open and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Taking my dog out at night felt a little sketchy because of all the big trucks in the parking lot. The coffee was nasty and cold.
Great time
Old Savannah ToursI was very pleased with how pet friendly this company is. My Chihuahua/Jack Russell sat on my lap and enjoyed the tour as much as I did. We were very well accepted by most of the other passengers, with only a few voicing their displeasure that dogs were allowed. We got on and off with no problem and even had lunch outside at one of the recommended restaurants. Even the restaurant was pet friendly; they brought out a bowl of water and a treat for my girl. I highly recommend this company if you are traveling with your pet!
