Clean room

Staff was nice. Room decent, and surprisingly clean, although fridge was broken. Surprised the room was clean because upon driving up to the hotel within the parking lot itself, made it feel unsafe looking pretty sketchy. Homeless individuals carrying signs for help walking through the parking area, as well as parked cars in the lot blasting music, talking loudly until 2am. Wasn’t sure if they were staying at the hotel or just hanging in the lot.

The interior was sad looking, uninviting, with plexiglass surrounding the entire front desk, with slotted slide through to get your key from front desk personnel. On the walk down the hall to room, the carpet was covered in crumbs. Our room door looked as if someone threw a drink at it. Unfortunately it was our only choice after driving 10 hours with our pets. All other hotels had been sold out for that night. Definitely will not be staying there again.
