Easy access location/ pet friendly but dirty

Easy to find, close to highways and restaurants, staff was pretty much absent, there is some dirt patches to walk your pet, the rooms are halfway updated but not comfy and dirty, furniture is old and falling apart, pillows are flat, curtains are peeling, everything metal is rusty, bathroom is not too bad, ice bucket were dirty, kid dropped headphones behind bed we had to pull mattress to retrieve them wished we hadn’t, so much dirt, filth and trash back there, saw some bugs on the bed, giving 3 bones because they left us alone and didn’t make a big deal about the dogs like other places do.
