High pet fee, no safe potty zone

The pet fee was $20 per pet per night. That meant that our 3 shih Tzus caused our bill to almost be double the price but for that fee they offered no conveniences for pets. The rooms are fine and the location convenient but there is no safe place for dogs to go potty. The whole area is basically a parking lot and any small patches of grass along the edge are filled with burrs that are very painful for the dogs. They advertise as pet friendly but in reality the numerous signs warning any undeclared pet will be fined $100 and the lack of a safe potty/walking area really makes it seem they would rather you didn't bring a pet.
